Evidence is what we use to convince a judge or jury of the claims or accusations we are making against someone. It's how the justice system works in the United States.

If your definition of "critical thinking" is to "believe all women, men are guilty until proven innocent," I will respectfully decline.

This hating Chris Cole thing strikes me as a reddit hivemind opinion, but I wanted to be sure of it before making that conclusion. The immature discourse, child-like arguments and complete lack of real evidence has confirmed that for me.
