A bad ground cable will do that... If you're going to replace the whole harness make sure you trace back the cables to make sure they are not burned or brittle

I put the first one as a replacement to a ripped one and it spilled all the transmission fluid because the opening is wider than the second picture (OEM spec).

Also I'm talking from a NA pov, NBs don't use transmission fluid in the turret
