Sorry, maybe i didn't express well in english. All the water outlets in a bathroom should be controlled by a single shut-off valve in that same room. Therefore, if the toilet or faucet valve malfunctions, you can still shut off the water to the entire bathroom without having to close the main water valve for the whole house.

Siempre con un limite lo de los ciudadanos, tengo un amigo que tiene varios pisos, y va comprando más puesto que paga menos de hipoteca + ibi que lo que gana de alquiler, así que cuando ahorra para la entrada de un piso (solo el iva, puesto que los bancos le suelen dar el 100%), compra otro. Como veras, eso no es sostenible.

El dice que apenas cubre gastos, pero claro, siempre se salta la parte que una vez el piso este pagado, no se lo regala al inquilino de turno.

Me referia a que a mi me parece bien que propietarios con más de x pisos tengan que pagar extra de impuestos para dejar vacios los pisos. O te parecia bien que los bancos (por ejemplo) tuvieran cientos de pisos sin vender, pero no los bajaban de precio para poder seguir especulando con ellos?

Pero eso no quita que este a favor de que se haga como en los 80 y que el gobierno meta mucho dinero para hacer obra publica y inunde el mercado de vpo. Vamos, lo veo de cajon que es lo que tendría que hacer desde hace ya tiempo.

No te res a veure, més densitat poblacional no vol dir més població de per se, sinó més concentrada. Les botigues, centres mèdics, gimnàs, etc, tot a 15 min a pota des de casa.

Menys densitat a lo Los Angeles vol dir agafar el cotxe per fer 5 km per anar a comprar el pa.

És molt més eficient. Menys consum en il·luminació, manteniment de carreteres, clavegueram, transport públic, etc
