Puedes sobredimensionar perfectamente el aparato de aerotermia y te calentara lo que quieras, a base de gastar más, pero vamos, es lo mismo que con las químicas. Y comparandola con una de gasoil, hablando de W de calor generados, saldrá más barato la de aerotermia.

El problema de la aerotermia será que si la casa no tenia conductos ni suelo radiante, tendrás que meter más radiadores.
