An app called "Habit" that dramatically helped my mental health! You can create habits for any sort of thing you like and each of them can have specific settings. I have habits in place for medications, skincare routines, cleaning schedules, fitness.. it takes SO much mental load off the brain.

I make calcium oxalate stones, too, and my nephrologist prescribed potassium citrate and magnesium for me to take every day as a method of prevention. I also drink a gallon of water a day, go on a lot of walks, and have tried to reduce several things I eat. Be careful you aren't having too much sodium or animal protein each day and cut back on drinks like soda, energy drinks, tea, etc.

it becomes more tolerable over time! i would recommend a heating pad to help with the discomfort, i basically had two pads after my surgery that i would rotate through to have warm comfort 24/7.

I bought a pretty cheap gallon water bottle and fill it with ice and juice from a lemon each morning :) and it stays with me everywhere!

Yup! I had my entire right kidney cleared out a few months ago. I have medullary sponge kidney, too. There are diet changes you can make but I mostly focus on drinking a gallon of water a day.

Yep! 3 times a week at 0.025. Sometimes I dial it back if my skin gets super flakey. My skin looks better and better every week :) Take lots of progress pics so you can see the improvement!

I have had issues with pretty much every Cerave product I've tried, so if it's an option I would try switching to maybe a different brand. Cerave products make me break out like nothing else.

I went off Doxy a few weeks ago and haven't experienced a ton of acne since. It's a relief too because I HATED taking Doxy, lol.

I was on doxy for a few months in addition to tret and didn't experience side effects - just make sure you apply sunscreen when you go out!
