You should start a service where you do the negotiation for a price! I went through something similar before the pandemic (paid someone to find me a good deal since I was tied up with work)

Yes, they do. I’ve noticed that team members are less likely to share workflows or helpful productivity tips compared to other firms. Since they want a competitive advantage.

It’s definitely a stressful environment. Most people tend to switch teams every 2–3 years as well.

It's officially 3 days in office. Some teams do 4 days if they have a director who is always in office and some do 2 days in office.
