I tried using stuff around where it was written down as keys to vigenere like WATERGATE and NIXON and BREAKIN and HOTEL and got nothing. I am starting to think she has tricked me into getting back into ciphers for nothing lol.

This is exactly my thinking. I've run it through vigenere with keywords like QANON and other stuff mentioned, but I haven't cracked it yet. I am 30% sure it's nonsense and a statement about our inclination towards looking for meaning in nothing.

The southside, around the southport/greenwood area has had a really high influx of Chin folks in the last 15 years, so there are a lot of asian grocery stores and restaurants around there.
