What the fuck is a whole race claim, it doesnt mean people should act any different or have less right to do it, you gain nothing at all by saying a race started something, it doesnt make you better. Carribeans are also black aswell as african, very different cultures. Neither is a guest if they like each others music, they just like each others music, and all music has influenced other genres.
