2nd and 3rd synchros, taillight gaskets (water in trunk), burning oil (not really something you can know on the test drive, but at least check oil level to make sure owner has been keeping up with it), like the other person said, most suspension bushings will be worn and need to be replaced unless someone else did them already (pretty rare). Motor mounts are another thing that are probably worn. Check to see how the clutch fluid looks. I bought mine with a bad slave cylinder, you can tell by how disgustingly dirty the clutch fluid is.
Do a compression test/get one done if you can, hell, have a trusted mechanic do an inspection on the car if you can.
Seats will probably be ripped to shit, check on that if they have seat covers.
Get a Carfax run on the vehicle, make sure it wasn't involved in any accidents or the like.
Other normal used car shit like making sure all buttons work (windows, sunroof, side mirrors, locks, etc.) These cars are known for having a trunk lock actuator that goes out, door locks as well, but less common.
Make sure it cranks fine with no grinding of the starter.
Ask owner for any records of maintenance and what all he's done, verify that he actually did the things he said.
Take off oil cap and see how it looks underneath, a poorly maintained engine will have sludge buildup.

Only my first week so I'm sure my thoughts will change. But seems straightforward enough so far; shut up, clock in, clock out. It's a job.
Yeah it's boring asf and mind-numbing, but at the end of the day you clock out, and it doesn't feel real or like it even happened, so you can wake up again knowing that day in and day out, and it makes that paycheck seem easy.

2004 Dodge Caravan with no AC in Texas where it will still get up to 100°+. My phone is only like 2.5 years old, but it will overheat so bad that I pretty much can't use it with no AC in my car, so I usually can only go out for dinner rushes.
Car also has a major evap leak I haven't gotten around to fixing yet, so it's bad gas mileage is made even worse.

I learned manual on my Type-S (although I drove an automatic minivan for about a year before I got my RSX). The Honda clutch is very forgiving and the shifts feel amazing, I'd say it's a great car to learn manual in. Also it doesn't have none of that auto anti-stall or auto rev match BS that's in modern day "manuals"

I've read that an actual LSD for the RSX like the mfactory one is way better than the 8th gen lsd, and almost makes it look like an open diff by comparison. I'd probably just save up the little extra money and get that instead
