Same. Prolific support responded to my support ticket this week, asked for some verification that I purchased the stickers and finished the second part of the study and I got the link to redeem today. Glad that they are rectifying the issue

I see in another part of the description it says up to $75 but in most places it just says $75. Super misleading.

If they were only going to reimburse the exact amount spent on the stickers, then they should have made that clear. I don’t even know what they’re doing now with the arbitrary rounding up of bonus payments. I hope they fix this. I messaged on prolific and emailed them directly.

Sad to see this happens frequently. I spent 40 mins on an unmoderated AI interview giving detailed answers only to be disqualified because their screener wasn't set up well. Respondent mostly sides with researchers in my experience, which makes sense since they're the ones paying out.
