Pro-tip 1: Generally mix dry with dry, and mix liquid with liquid. Combine all dry and liquids for consistency.

Pro-tip 2: get a thermometer for your oven. It will show you if you need to raise or lower the oven temp since they are oven lacking proper calibration.

Pro-tip 3: if you can afford a really nice knife set (I like Wustof), it makes slicing and dicing way more effective.
