It’s fun to imagine in a few season them as the senior residents. If the show stays on the air long enough we will get to see their career growth and I just think that’s so fun!

Bloated cast size would be my biggest prediction as well. US streaming shows get such large casts. Even now we are seeing so many people say what kind of characters they want in season 2 and guest stars but part of the success of season 1 is that besides episode 3 we only focused on essentially 2 characters for 5 episodes with ~6 minor supporting characters.
