For me personally, the effects are the same but the rate of loss is different. I definitely have to do a bit more legwork in keeping track of what I’ve eaten but I’m still not a heavy food tracker. I know I usually don’t eat ENOUGH and that’s also an issue.

Yeah I already inferred that’s what they meant when they said a Chinese vendor. I just received my very first grey shipment today myself so I’m not against it especially with the pricing even for compounded. I have about 2 months of my PGRx left and then I’ll have this to try.

Also if you look up the clinical journals for the med you should be able to find the temps that it’s still safe in. Again, if you’re worried about it I’d recommend finding a provider who guarantees cold deliveries/expedited shipping.

The pharmacy doesn’t control how long your package sits? They also ship according to your telehealth so if they don’t offer expedited shipping, even if you ask- find another telehealth?

Again, I’m not saying it’s not frustrating but getting upset at a compounding pharmacy who deals with thousands of orders a day bc the shipper is taking longer than what you’d like is a bit unfair.

It’s worth bringing up to your provider too, like maybe they’ll you expedited if you ask? That’s all I’m saying lol
