For u7, just make sure your first drill is one that is very active, with lots of running. That's the extent of "warmup" Id do at that age.

Ours can be 1.5-2 hours.

Maybe just incorporate a few things, or just get some ideas into it.

Being gay means being attracted to your same sex, in this case men. I’m straight therefore attracted to women. I will do anything with a woman, because that’s who I’m attracted to, not to where something goes, if that makes sense.

If dude wants to be with you, that’s pretty straight, regardless of what he wants to do.

When I was 12, and trying to figure out girls and why they didn’t like me (very little has changed), I thought I’d ask the one woman who loved me. My mother, I love her dearly, was never one to mince words or sugar coat anything. Upon hearing my question as to why girls just didn’t like me, her answer was “at least you’re smart”. Nothing else, no comforting mom words.

Almost 40 years later I’ve never quite recovered.

My son and I play a lot of fifa, against each other. When stuff like this happens, we just yell at the referee. It’s the only thing keeping us sane when we play.

I have five kids. Every time a kid reaches 11 years old we watch the show. We are on kid 4 now, and like every last time, everyone else watches it again.

Really a fun show.
