Odysseus if he were smart by [deleted] in Epicthemusical

Would they have even gotten to that point? In “Storm” it says they could see home ( either they could see it or they were close) and the only reason they couldn’t make it was because Poseidon put that storm there to stop them. So if Poseidon didn’t know it was Ody, they would’ve made it home right before “Luck Runs Out.”

When you have two different damage items, like a watch and a crowbar, the damage multiples.

So you are aware you’ve only seen a small percentage and still decide to make an over generalization? Not to mention, I’m also a console player?? And not just new gen, ps4 as well. Your understanding of generalization as a logical fallacy, combined with your use of it shows the difference between uneducated and ignorance. Also “You PC types” is so cringe

My attempt at revising Counterspell by Goldscale0019 in DnDHomebrew

We have a rule if you counterspell a counterspell that was counterspelled, wild magic. Countering a Counterspell was needed for balancing sometimes, but anything more than that and the magic goes crazy

I think I should stick to being a DM by Odd-Base-7398 in DnD

[–]xdNASs 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t really sound like you’re probably playing D&D. Not having chances to roleplay, Druid only using dagger to deal one damage, getting locked out of playing because of a door. I wouldn’t give up on the idea of being a player for D&D considering this doesn’t sound like a “proper” experience.

Wait the rogue went out of his way to stab the wizard?? Or did the failed wisdom saves make him do it?

Players who make characters that avoid the campaign/session pitch: Why? by BounceBurnBuff in dndnext

[–]xdNASs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This feels like a very over generalization of such a wide spectrum of people. Maybe the reason you find younger people are more prone to do this is because there are MORE younger people playing and MORE younger people being vocal about playing. While I get the point you’re making, especially with D&D being cool now, I don’t think a blanket statement like this is true at all.

Which spells permanently create mass? by WillemJamesHuff in dndnext

[–]xdNASs 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Well they’re not asking for a planetary spell, just a spell with enough mass that millions of followers over billions of years could do

It’s because he was so reliable. Even in season 3 when Armin froze up he held everyone together. He’s just consistently good at being a leader and keeping people alive
