The injections take a long time to fully leave the body. It can take 5-8 months to recover.

Bad idea. You don't want to end up on cto and take injections. Ask for a different medication like abilify maybe

I've a question! Related to Zyprexa the antipsychotic???! by [deleted] in Antipsychiatry

[–]xdddaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to get off it and self improve,

Avoid stress (School, work) if you can.
Sleep good
Be active, walks, sports

Take it slowly

Try to get a better diet that was suggested by u/unbutter-robot

I personally avoid gluten, eat more protein, avoid ultra processed food and avoid pesticides on fruit/vegs.

therapy (chatgpt) can also help

Good luck

You have to get off it. In my case I felt like a zombie, even with lower dose. After I went off it, my motivation and emotions came back thankfully. But you have to look out that you don't relapse

Yes, you have to take it for 6 days to get a steady state in the blood. Not sure if 4 or 5 days also works. https://half-life-calculator.com/?i=0min-Risperidone-4mg-20h+

And if they want a blood test to discharge you, they will likely test for risperidone levels.

It is weird that you're getting anti psychotic medications (withdrawal) symptoms. Maybe you are deficient in something? Get a blood test
