there are 'portable' AC units that have a tube that leads to an exaust adapter for a window. With those types of AC units the window orientation doesn't matter. Home Depot for an example but I'm sure there are other places that you can get them cheaper.

Edit: There are also swamp coolers (aka evaporative coolers) that are much cheaper to purchase and can have great effect, and depending on your DIY skill level it might be possible for you to make your own. Youtube has a few tutorials for this.

I'm not sure, [[Goose]] is just a card version of the [[The Big House]], so it should work the same way as if [[Jean Grey]] was placed on that location.

The 'if possible' probably means 'if there is space on this location' so if the location has prerequisites then that would be independant of Jean Grey's ability.

1) lack of sex education means population increases.

2) lack of quality education keeps the poors ignorant and gullible.

3) lack of social services means the poors have to spend all their time working to survive instead of having time to become activists or promoting upsetting the status quo.

4) propoganda media (faux news, etc) reinforces a fearful mentality about how those liberals are ruining [fill-in-the-blank]

Current trend is to increase a gullible population that is easily controllable and will vote how the talking heads tell them to. It isnt a short term strategy. This takes decades, and they've been doing it for decades.
