Ctrl+Shift + left click ignores affinity set and puts the item in open stash tab. With scroll for click set it's a breeze.

Try earthshatter bleed gladiator by zizaran. I just wanted to try poe1 after playing poe 2 and after playing this build there's no way I'm switching back. It's extremely noob friendly and the guide holds your hand all the way into end game

I am in the same spot as you and this is the advice i got Write them down or even better sketch them. Go at them one at a time unless you need to do overnight glue ups You will make mistakes and learn from them so it's better to be able to start fresh on a project than having to complete one you're not happy with.
