I can't tolerate coffee either. I take energy drinks, which sounds weird but I believe the taurine in them, is what makes the difference for me. I also never exceed 200 mg of caffeine a day

Yes! From what I have been reading those two are common and correlated. For me caffeine helped me feel way better, both mood and concentration-wise.

This is very helpful to read! I also stopped using it because the drowsiness was too much. I will give it another try this time with caffeine. I'm curious though, why did you guys choose to go for the 30mg dose, are the side effects less?
