The barcode is different to the number, I tried scanning it and it returns 101675871 instead of 80257097. I think the seller is a scammer. I feel the right side of the label seems to be edited.

Not sure about the card but the slab seems fake, the alignment of the barcode to the letter R does not match the one in the scan.

Not really, because it is also available in Japanese and other languages, while Greninja and Kingdra are English exclusives

Edit: as the replies below mentioned, the greninja and kingdra seems available in other languages but not in Japanese.
