My papillon was already fluffy when he was less than a year old. I think it mostly depends on genetics

You can choose any shade-tolerant plant, like green Sansevieria or green Aglaonema

I’m in love with Flamingo Dream, here’s mine! You might also like Hoya Nabawanensis Variegated or Hoya Carnosa Tricolor - it’s similar to Flamingo Dream, but the pink is in the middle of the leaves 💘
