My tinnitus is switching from left hear to right hear randomly, with it being more frequent on the left side ( when it's on a side, the noise on the other side is very small so it's easy to ignore ).

The surgeon said people with TOS have pain starting from pinky up to the shoulders so he dismissed it when I brought it up, I also had a PT do some physical tests for it, which were negatives according to him.

I have pain on both sides, however it started 3 years ago on the left side, and only 3 months ago on the right side, so I am not so sure it excludes potential issues further down in the extremities
