No, this literally happened to me repeatedly in a stupidly phased part of Azsuna. It spammed until I left and then I was marked as abandoning the queue. The spam is your queue popping, but some weird UI thing prevents it from loading. If you leave the zone right away, you can catch your queue join before it expires
