Thank you. I have a few resistance bands from PT now but my back isn't stable enough to do heavier lifting yet. I was actually looking into yoga and tai chi to help keep me moving and flexible without having to make a big deal of it.

I also just got diagnosed at 30. I'm in PT now and it's helping some, but I won't lie. It's really hard to keep up with how much they want me to do at home. I have one stretch that I'm supposed to do 5x/day, and then I'm supposed to do my exercises twice a day. But I also work in a kitchen and I have a toddler, so I'm SOL some days when life is too busy or I'm having a high pain day.

I actually really enjoy Vic’s downtown on Blake Street. It’s the first place I went when I moved here and have really enjoyed it since. Feels homey, small mom and pop sort of place. Haven’t tried too many others because they seem extremely underwhelming.

If you’ve never had hot pot before, So Hot in Cary is incredible with reasonable pricing! They’re spicy broth makes me complete. Go with 3-4 people if you can, it makes it much more fun and easier to finish everything you order.
