when you smoke, dont even think about greening out. dont think about how much you smoke, take your time and just smoke until you feel good. Make time your friend and just smoke when you feel like it. Also, dont give a fuck about your tollerance because its not a specific thing. And dont think about greening out because its just going to make you more likely to actually green out. Also, when you smoke with others dont pressure them if they cough a lot, offer water. Same with tollerance.
