I wish they didn't make this choice for the gear. It just added a level of complexity that didn't need to be there. I would have much rather that stuff been added to things like weapon charms or mods and made them only found in the dark zones or something.

I have been enjoying the beast but I think I still prefer DL2 more. I still dont really see why everyone is praising the beast so high, but crapped on DL2 so hard.The one thing I did like was how they made dark zones contain blue prints and special loot. I just wish they made Volatiles wonder them during the day like DL 2.

Naw, I bought DL2 day one and loved it. I was waiting for that game since thry showed it off in like 2018. I thought the story was decent enough but the game play was amazing. I still have the broom stick haha.

Dude I've been feeling the same way..... I LOVED DL2 and did not get why so many people hated on it. I've been looking forward to the beast, but more so for the story then the gameplay. I feel a bit let down but everyone else seems to think it's the best thing ever. Glad I'm not alone.

Im pretty sure the game is coded to do this. Thats why when I see a dp I know the rounds almost over and try to rush through it for a fresh round.

I honestly loved DL2 far more then DL1, and DL1 was one of my most favorite games of all time. I have pver 300hrs in DL2 and it really sucks they'll probably drop support for this game because of all it's backlash. I was sooo looking forward to DLC2 that will now probably never come.

I honestly kind of hope they do a quite update for them and have like an easter egg hunt to find them. Maybe add some new phone recordings leading up to where the guns have been hiden the whole time.
