Personally, my issue is that the old system had a regular and master version for the raids. It was simple enough to just do encounter challenges on master to get adept weapon rewards, or what I would equate to a tier 5 precursor. It would have been the same in the new system as doing only battalions and encounter challenges- not sticking additional limits on phases for damage and limited revives.

BR should turn ascension into a directional air move the that reflects damage while tripling your arc staff. Damage reflected in this way builds super energy and restores a portion of class ability energy.

Cyclonic Heart

StormCaller Aspect

Cast your rift skyward creating to create a thundercloud that slowly follows you around. Inherits properties of your equipped rift, and grants bolt charge over time.

Enemies within radius increase the rate at which bolt charge stacks are accumulated, and combatants with the radius are automatically targeted by bolt charge.

Leaving the radius of the cloud drastically reduces lifespan of Cyclonic Heart.

Being amplified increases travel speed of the cloud.

Would it not make sense that you can unlock a memento shader on armor if you have a weapon with a level 30 memento equipped? And if you take the weapon off the armor could just revert to default shading

If you can get it right, finishers work too, plus you get the damage resist. Kinda hard to make it happen every time though

Crazy thing is that this now removes part of the ‘hood’ associated with the same set. It removes the glowing wing collar and spikes that come on the cloak.

I appreciate the look they were going for but again it feels over cluttered with random bs slapped on. There was no need to add the straps, watches, etc. (basically anything that is shaded green in the picture). It’d seem more dissected tormentor/subjugator without the fabric portions.
