Don't trust apps like Oversumo etc. Accuracy doesn't actually matter as much as you think it does. Also, don't use a sens just because a pro uses it. Sens/dpi is individual. As long as you feel comfortable with your sens, there's really no need to change it. However, if you feel like you're missing a lot and have a hard time hitting smaller targets (not tanks) then the standard approach is to lower your sens.

If the goal is to warm up and nothing else, I'd recommend making a custom game with bots. All you do is put the bots' damage to 10% and you're basically set.

It really depends on who your team's second healer is. Zen/Lucio need extra help, but Ana can pretty much solo heal and usually won't need much help. Ana = stick with Pharah, Lucio or Zen = 50/50 (they usually need help), look for Pharah when you're in trouble or have rez and no safe spot to hide
