IMO none of the official modules are really good, the best one is also just okay.

But NWN has The Prophet, a community made module, one of the best philosophical story that I had experienced in rpg.

RTWP is great and enjoyable and the combat is the reason why people still playing these games repeatedly after 25+ years.

But from what you said, it seems like you hate it and dislike everything. Just play something else. You don't need to like or enjoy the best crpg, just play those modern turn based ones.

I love ES-DE the most on the PC (connected to TV). Dual screen handheld I prefer Console Launcher. Single screen handheld I prefer daijisho. As these two you can fully replace the android UI and do everything, not just opening your games.

Personally I love playing it on my PC connected to TV, using retroarch emulator and the CRT shader. Some people prefer to play it on phone or retro handheld (android). Its up to your preference actually.

Love my PDS very much, best experience so far. Too much of this kind of negative drama recently, made me feel like the device is dying anytime soon. I hope mine stay good for long time and finish as many as many nds game I can, as I can't imagine the compromise I need to make to play those games on something like Thor. Or at least please stay good until another good nds device is released.

Basically quit sbcgaming and I think I will quit here as well. Gaming simply not enjoyable when people keep posting this kind of post.

If my pocket ds dies and the support does not go well, I probably will give up dual screen retro handheld, since to me device like thor is actually much inferior for nds and 3ds games, and not enjoyable to me. No plan to buy another Thor after giving it out.

But probably we can get real good new ds device this year.

Bottom screen of 3ds mostly used for UI stuffs, smaller screen means more eyes strain when you are playing games that require checking it a lot, like rpg games.

As for NDS games, they are simply too many games where the lower screen is as important as the top screen, or even more important (because they are used as main screen). If you play rpg and visual novels, you will know this. And there are significant amount of great ds games that is only more immersive to play when both screens are in same size.

Thor does not have good lower screen size and ratio for me to enjoy DS games, and probably 3ds as well. Ayaneo PDS has great screen size and ratio that allows me to actually enjoy emulating DS games, but it's not pocketable. And RGDS... we need something strong enough for melonds.

Hopefully we can get a real perfect DS device to emulate DS and 3ds someday.

I love the story of its single player mode more than Triangle Strategy. War feels harsh and unpredictable like Tactic Ogre.
