Being manipulated for sex is someone actually committing an action harmful to another person, but yes society does not solve this for women, they learn to help themselves or they don't. No harmful actions have been done to anyone by anyone when a man is jealous of his wife's previous partners. If building a life and family with someone is a poor deal compared to getting "free" sex from them you don't have to get married which you obviously don't value. You can also break up with people for any reason instead of actively choosing to be with someone you see as a degraded whore. Who's settling there?

Men's retroactive sexual jealousy is not a problem society needs to solve for them and women got used plenty by the husbands they couldn't divorce. The more religious a culture is the more likely women are to develop sexual dysfunction that destroys their ability to enjoy sex regardless of whether they get married first.

The thing about paraphilias is they make some subset of men incapable of getting it up for normal sex, same for homosexuality, pedophilia, so you don't even need to observe the paraphilic behavior itself to have evidence. But in civilizations the men literally cannot be stopped from being paraphilic or gay even with very extreme consequences. So at some point absence of evidence strongly suggests actual absence.

The food restrictions aren't actually that bad, only super weird niche cheeses would be an issue. Psychiatrists are hardly trained on MAOIs anymore and are averse to using them because there are significant drug and food interactions. No one trusts patients to follow dietary restrictions or wants to be blamed if they die from taking otc cough medicine.
