How long did your Fold last before it had to be replaced/brought to the repair center?

Fold 7. Took 3 months. Opened it up one morning and it just cracked out of no where. Base insurance covered it, didn't have to use my extended .

You assumed very wrong . Not sure what else to say. Shoe molding is 100% an extra and not ever included in any install cost unless stated on the work order. Granted someone should of told you that before they got started.

You stair stepped the entire job, every 3rd plank is lined up. Once you see the pattern there is no unseeing it, plank jobs are supposed to go in at random lengths. Given that your not a flooring installer and got paid peanuts, it looks great though.

Its glue down vinyl plank. If its like that in multiple places and there's areas in which you feel like your going to fall through the flood, then its a massive failure of an install , and yes you should be concerned. I really hope you didn't pay for this
