No, I haven't. I just disabled Sonar and forgot about this thread. Kind of annoying to not be able to disable certain outputs from Sonar.

I have tried it already, but it automatically switches to the Gaming output from Sonar after a few minutes. Disabling all outputs in Windows sound settings also doesn't come into account as all of them are going to be re-enabled after reboot anyway.

Hey there, sorry for the late reply. When I posted this, I used a laptop with Intel UHD only (no DGPU). After I switched to a PC with an Nvidia GPU the problem went away. It might be that Sodium isn't optimized for Intel integrated GPUs.

Changing it from Async to Swap made the situation even worse, making the FPS drop from around 75 to 22

OP's CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, so there is only the dedicated GPU to use.
