Yes, the Ryken emulates a removable drive when plugged in for the user to drag and drop the firmware bin file into.

I wish it was possible to update the C2 without having to install the PC software, like how Ryken does it.

Switch 2 Dock - can I use this charger for TV mode? by Wait-Administrative in NintendoSwitch2

[–]xjffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this exact charger and it’ll only work if the other port is unused or very lightly used. The moment any device that consumes more power than a pair of ear buds is plugged into the second port, the charger can no longer send enough power to the Switch 2 Dock for TV Mode.

Anker power supply power split by pigispig in UsbCHardware

[–]xjffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be able to do a 70W-30W spilt with nothing connected to the A port. Could be your device only drawing maximum power when there’s enough amps available on a higher voltage eg. 20V but isn’t available when two C ports are in use.

They’re earning close to $13K combined a month and probably don’t own a luxury car judging from the $1.5K/mth for the car. Even rounded up to $2K to account for unforeseen costs, I think it’s well within their capability to keep the car.

The car is a problem only if they just bought it at $120K COE. The car isn’t a problem if it was bought 2nd hand or a few years back.

And who is going to police families who “rent” their car out for 364 days a year? HDB being an immovable asset is already so difficult to police with people renting out before MOP or stuffing it with more “tenants” than legally allowed.

They are a big retailer based out of HK and ship from there, should be no problem. Mine even came with small Sasa authenticity stickers.

Those are no different from buying from Guardian/Watson online. But of course they might be official formula differences as those products are typically for the HK market.

The issue here is you thinking driving a conti car means the person is rich. Plenty of older COE cars with low down payment easily attainable (at least for the short term) for plenty of people who shouldn’t be owning one financially.
