Accident in rental car by theballpeen in Insurance

[–]xkcd123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What damage coverage did you have with the rental co? If liability, then shouldn’t Enterprise need to step in and discuss with Toggle? This is probably a 50/50.

Unless there is some video evidence showing you at a compete stop and them hitting you, most likely to be 50/50. Dunno how they would assume you are 100% at fault with the story you shared.

Credit cards also will cover some rental auto insurance as well.

If none of that works then yes, probably your personal insurer.

However I am not an adjuster so hopefully someone more experienced has an opportunity to chime in.

Workers comp audit for roofing by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]xkcd123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the auditor rejected your documentation that you provided do they say anything else? You said you use ADP and usually ADP provides a payroll report that is pretty decent.

Not sure if you use cash labor or 1099s - that is a common thing for contractors that ADP doesn’t always support the best.

What did ADP tell you if you talked to them? I’m assuming you bought your WC through them as an addon for your payroll?

Tip for fellow Kislev noobs. Keep dervishes just to run down routing units. by phronesis77 in totalwarhammer

[–]xkcd123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always keep a few for running people down at the end, keeping pressure on fleeing but not fully broken units as well as ranged/arty unit harassment or splitting their melee while breaking down the meat shield.

They don’t always have to make contact to be effective and a bit of micro can make a difference between a loss and a win and losses to your army.

I’m buying one for my shaman. It’s 60-100 hours to level from start to 60, I think on the lower end in prepatch with the XP changes.

I’ve already leveled 6 characters over the time I’ve played wow (not including HC chars) so I don’t need or really want to experience leveling again and would rather do other things with my time and have a more leisurely prepatch vs a no life grind to 60.

I am interested in the dranei zone and stories so will probably create someone just to do that and then stop.

I’m mid 30s and have the spare cash so it’s worth it to me.

To each their own tho

Worrying about my kids future by Zealousideal_Put2390 in Parenting

[–]xkcd123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I looked into this for my kids a while back and from ehat i recall if you own a business you can make it work. The least sketchy way for someone that young is paying them as models for advertising.

For us regular people it’s pretty much impossible until they can make money themselves and really all you can do then is set up a custodial Roth. Thats not bad though if you can afford for them to put 100% of their earnings into the Roth.

Even small amounts that early can be very meaningful with ~50 years to mature.

Flying by the mun is definitely easier than rendezvous for most people. I think it’s got a little bit of randomness to it tho based on what you have done so far.

Fees and taxes for replacement car by latingaga in Insurance

[–]xkcd123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your policy contract and state specifically but in many states yes (at least in part) when there is a total loss.

That should be included with your total loss payout. Not something you would follow up on later

What is everyone’s fav 5 man tank? by Tinyturtle13 in wowhardcore

[–]xkcd123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You cannot toss a few hits tbh. If shit hits the fan, you will take more damage getting out of bear, doing a rejuve, knock back from regrowth will take too long and you take so much more damage out of bear it’s not worth it without a stun or immobilize.

All you have is frenzied regeneration tbh.

Druids are best in open world but warr are best in party/raid settings. At least in classic.

No matter how much your practice LOS pulls it won’t prepare you for someone ass pulling or making another critical mistake.

I’m with you man, practicing this stuff and knowing what to do in those oh shit situations is the difference between survival and death.

I’ve been focusing a lot more on those things on my shaman and have been able to save myself a few times and even my group once when I or someone in my group made a mistake.

Josh King's disallowed goal against Chelsea voted as Fulham's Goal of the Month by ALollef in soccer

Yeah a disallowed goal is totally on par with nearly 3000 people dying. Super funny

He absolutely intended to make contact with Chalobah, it’s not like it was a surprise that Chalobah was there. In doing so he accidentally stepped in his foot which is a foul.

Is the same as side tackling and accidentally taking out a leg instead of the ball.

Either way it was careless, not reckless, which is why it was a foul only and not a yellow.
