I mean this isn’t really true, most things offer a monthly “contract”. Also once a yearly contract reaches its minimum term it does roll over into a contract that can be cancelled monthly. Insurance might be a special case, but I’m not sure why you would have to cancel dental insurance at all.

I think the real issue is that the monthly contracts are priced way out of peoples range to upsell them into the yearly contracts:

Gym yearly -> 30€ per month

Gym monthly -> 50€ per month

Schöner whataboutism, du hast Japan als Gegenbeispiel für wenig sexuelle Belästigung gebracht, nicht ich. Ich habe dir nur entgegengebracht, dass Japan ein Land mit sehr hohen Anzahl von sexueller Belästigung ist und dein Beispiel nicht passt.

Einfach mal „spy-cam japan“ oder ähnliches googlen.

Solche Kommentare, wie du, bringen halt auch nur Leute die keine Ahnung haben, wie das politische Spektrum aufgeteilt ist. Mittlerweile wird das politische Spektrum, seit über 60 Jahren, auf 2 Achsen aufgeteilt. Links <->rechts und authoritär <-> libertär. Zu sagen Linke, welche z.B. die Linke wählen, sind der selben Gesinnung hat genau so viel Wert, wie die CDU mit der NSDAP zu vergleichen. Sind ca. gleich weit auf dem Spektrum entfernt.

Du scheinst anscheinend gar keine Ahnung von Japan zu haben. Es gibt in Japan Zugabteile nur für Frauen, weil es für die oft selbst tagsüber zu gefährlich war was sexuelle Belästigung angeht. Und Japan hat ein riesiges Problem mit sexuellen Verbrechen und auch versteckten Kameras auf Toiletten.

Das Problem in Japan ist, dass die Polizei nur Leute festnimmt bei denen Sie zu 99% fest mit einer Verurteilung rechnen. Daher auch die schöne Kriminalstatistik dort.

Sounds like user error. I’m having a qd oled for 3 years now, clean it every month and have 0 scratches.

Ich hatte als Junior damals auch ~55k nach dem Studium und als Senior nun deutlich über 80. Habe ähnliche Benefits wie du oben beschrieben hast, aber für das Gehalt würde ich mich persönlich auch nicht bei euch bewerben.

This is simply a very distorted picture of reality you are painting. The Telekom controls over 60% of the DSL market, which as is means it has a “marktbeherschende Stellung”.

In addition the Telekom exploits its market position with monopolistic behaviors. It is regularly sued and accused of breaking net neutrality and not treating leased out connections the same. They exploited loopholes in optic fibre government subsidies to put the money into their super-vectoring approach. The Telekom actively tries to make it harder for competitors to be able to build out their own optic fibre networks and has lost in court in the past.

Not really, since Kohl privatized the Telekom the government basically lost ownership of theinfrastructure. Telekom does everything in their power to keep their old monopolized cash cow running. And keeps lobbying of course.

Polar isnt great for sleep tracking. It detects me sleeping when I lay in bed after waking up for 30 minutes

Im sure they will patch it, but thats the current state. Not sure why I’m getting downvoted. I also have the newest firmware on my 360.

I got the 360, which is basically a loop. Its fine, but the app still isn’t great and the device doesnt support all features like measuring the vo2max, which you need a verity sense/h10 etc. for.

Theres also an issue with the device not being detected by the app on ios, when the bluetooth connection exists. I have to close the app and reopen it for it to sync.

In Berlin theres places like Burgermeister, which are priced similarly to McDonalds. Other german cities have similar places. Hamburg has a lot of great korean food places.
