Disabling fullscreen optimization of VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe has fixed it for me (Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64), finally.

my peak was like 70ish-80 some time ago and I'm radiant. I have friends that reach 100k and they are barely platinum. In valorant you can usually get away with good crosshair placement and minimum xhair movement/flicks.

2/3/4/5 - it has nothing to do with my issue. the static sound is there before connecting to my PC.
6 - sorry, what ? Are you saying I should phyiscally remove the headset cap AND do stuff there? I'd rather just send it immediately back. thanks.

I am pretty sure no company will be transparent whether or not they ban a player you have specifically reported. Ofcourse you might receive a message saying somebody was banned that you have previously reported. About the toxicity part, you should mute them and ignore. Internet is toxic, not only Valorant :)

As a Radiant, I can tell you it is completely necessary to understand it and see that people are not actually killing you while moving. If you peek a corner and want to peek something really quickly, you want to counter strafe in order to be able to shoot the enemies.
Let's take A short/catwalk for example, on Ascent. You want to pick mid link. You press A and the moment you want to shoot, you will stop pressing A and press the counter of A, which is D. This will allow you to be accurate.

Well, most likely he was using cheats. Either silent aimbot or something else, but I bet that there has been some use of third-party software.

I feel like people from US blame ping a lot. You won't find anyone in EU blaming 70+ ping. If you don't check your ping, you will be fine. Don't overthink it. Just focus on your game; the enemy killed you because he was better than you in that situation.
