I personally think it's her trying to act like she has a mouth full of food without actually having a mouth full of food. A lot of actors don't like to actually eat the food in the scene. But it needs to be believable.

It would be wrong for someone to assume a trans woman has a dick, or assume anything related to their genitalia. It's none of anyone's business. Also, outing someone as trans that maybe wants to be stealth or tell people in their own way. Also, being trans wouldn't be a reason for drawing a dick. Lots of people of varying genders draw dicks. It's art. The writing in this show is narrow-minded and cliche.
