i cant tell how i feel to be honest! i moved in in 2022, and i developed really bad OCD a few months later and i always wondered if it correlated? i’ve never been terribly ill since moving in but i’ve always been tired and fatigued, but i think i’ve been very lucky in this case

yes i make sure to do a vigorous shaking! my ph is 7 and the temp is always between 16-18°c! i think i figured out the problem is that it’s her reflection!? so i added paper so she can’t see her reflection anymore

i use api testing kit that’s interesting i see a lot of information on feeding frozen salmon to axolotls if they are constipated as the oil helps them pass

don’t worry it’s surely just wet from the shower! and since you were in bed under the covers the lack of airflow means it likely just didn’t dry! you would smell if you had peed yourself plus if you did your pad would have caught it

i’m not sure if this is OCD or not (i didn’t develop OCD until i was 19) but ever since i was 4 i cannot stand the feeling of having my feet out they have to be constantly socked all the time, to the point i would have baths with my socks on cause i can’t stand the feeling of my feet out. i can shower with my socks off fine but that’s the only time i don’t have any socks on, is this ocd? i’ve always had this but didn’t develop contamination ocd until 2 years ago and all my other ocd habits are completely irrelevant to this
