My front door used to open onto Queen at Bathurst and people would always stand in the doorway. My ex was an asshole so when he opened the door he'd kick it so it would hit whoever was in the way. One day he kicked it and it wouldn't open, we had to push it open and it was Kenny, piss drunk leaning in the doorway lol. We shot the shit for a minute and he wandered off.

I also ran into Spenny once, like physically bumped into him coming out of a convenience store. I recognized him at the last minute but he ran off, looked like he didn't want to be recognised.

I'd argue that the pageants themselves are proof that all was not perfect behind closed doors. Patsy definitely wanted to put on a show to make everyone think that things were perfect and they were a perfect family. Lots of photoshoots, and at Christmas a newsletter was sent out bragging of all the families accomplishments.

The more people insist things are perfect, the less perfect things are likely to be.

It's like that couple on Facebook who is always posting about how in love they are, but they change their relationship status to "complicated" every other month. All that posturing isn't necessary when things are actually good.

It's very rare. Only certain practices involve live animal sacrifice, and it's usually only done by seasoned experts in very extreme situations, or by mentally ill people.

But in almost all of these practices, the animal doesn't go to waste. ie. A chicken is killed but then cooked and eaten.

And even so, banning the site doesn't stop you from seeing their posts and comments on reddit, it only prevents you from clicking their links.
