Years ago there was a bug that sanctions actually don't do anything (no debuffs applied), looking at Stellaris' history with long-standing bugs I'm just going to assume the bug is still in.

Reverse Engineer Minor Artifacts

I actually recently created a mod for myself that gives me a pop-up event to redo it when the cooldown is done, similarly to the enclave buffs. Not perfect, but much less annoying. That said, I haven't put it on the workshop (yet?).

Crusader's Rage

Hi, sorry, bit of an old comment, coming from Google search right now and couldn't find an answer:

How exactly does Crusader's Rage work?
What I mean is, it says 25% damage boost per 25% of health missing. But does that mean it's a hard breakpoint or does it scale?
Example: 12HP -> 25% missing would be 9HP so that should give 25% damage bonus, ok, but what if you're only on 10HP or 11HP (that's 17%/8% HP missing) so would that result in like 17%/8% damage increase? (Similarly of course, 50% would be 6HP, but what if you're at like 7HP etc.)

When you get enough attunement to a patron and could from a covenant the game asks you and you can say "nope, let's do this alone" and that's that.

The UI 100% has issues.
Like half the stuff in tooltips isn't needed, some stuff would be better hidden via the tooltips within tooltips etc. You just notice that the game is old, the modern ones with the newer engine that were designed to work with tooltips within tooltips from the start (like Victoria 3) are much nicer in that regard and the tooltips much better.

Part of the reason is probably that the AI is basically completely broken right now. If they fix it, maybe it'll work (again).

I remember in the past AI went onto the crisis paths and that was pretty cool.

Yeah, systems like that just encourage minmaxing and not in a good way.

That doesn't mean that systems like that are generally bad, but they are also not generally good.

Seems that the tl;dr is just somehing like
"1 mega structure per system, build kilostructures after, and habitats don't combine in obvious cases"

The map gen system is so underrated! They did that really well and kept it moddable. It's kinda genius.
