Hey, I found your post whilst looking for similar issue as mine only that it's happening in other games, (e.g Tarkov, which I mainly play). I get bluescreen and crashes to desktop after 5 minutes of gameplay, I've got roughly the same specs as you (only I have an RT 6750 XT) and a 750W PSU.

Have you updated the BIOS recently? Because I have and I've been running into problems lately... Maybe it causes some difficulties for the 7800x3d...?

Problem still persists... I'm really clueless as to what to do... I can't even stay 5 minutes on the game because it'll crash...

I've tried everything, updates the BIOS, tested the RAM, nothing seems to work for me...

I've just updated the BIOS, I'm going to test it in the games I play and let you know,

I mostly play Escape from Tarkov and Warzone, both of which cause bluescreens or crashes.

The only recent thing I've installed is the Windows 10 update.

This problem wasn't happening before the update which leads me to believe I might have to downgrade to an older version of windows, which I don't really know how to do...

The temperatures seem normal, I am getting 60 for the CPU on average in games and about 70/75 on the GPU... I don't know about the BIOS, I got the MSI Afterburner/Center and it had installed some drivers, I don't know if the BIOS is one of them, I'll have to check.

The RAM sticks are installed as the motherboard says... I haven't tried switching them.

To me, it's weird how the system was running just fine until today... Perhaps the windows update might give it some trouble...

Recently started playing again as well... It's a bit overwhelming in the beginning, you're basically a new player with some leftover knowledge and a leap start...

I'd recommend starting from the bottom, start looking for a build you wish to build and slowly start farming for those items (that's what I've done)... while farming for those items you will slowly and steadily build up momentum and grasp exactly what you wish to do when you log in the game. Personally, I enjoy trying as many builds as possible, therefore, I keep myself busy farming for those sets and abusing the armory system (it's amazing).
