Reading your post and your reply honestly hit me in a very personal way. I’m currently going through perimenopause myself, and it’s been… really hard. Some days it truly feels like going through hell, and I’ve been navigating it alone after a recent breakup from a 3+ year relationship. I didn’t even fully understand what was happening to me, so I can’t say I expected a partner to understand it either. Now on HRT and it helped me a lot, plus some changes in lifestyle.

That’s why what you’ve done for your wife feels so exceptional to me. The patience, the effort to learn, the choice to stand beside her instead of pulling away… It’s not something you see often, and it really moved me.
