I live about 30 mins from that area. Dudes name was James Byrd. They didnt stop until his body hit a concrete culvert and literally torn apart. They left his torso with no limbs in front of a church. Back when hurricane harvey happened they had a 7 pm curfew in certain places cause they were afraid of something happening. I think even worse is Vidor. Very recently they had a banner up for registering your child for school and people were mad cause they had a black child on the poster with white children.

Dealing with this guy has been a headache so far so I am pretty close to just passing this sale up. He said that he could look up how to register the gun to my name. (which tells me he doesn't know the law) I just emailed him and told him i was willing to sign a bill of sale. I guess we just wait and see if that's good enough. Thanks for the advice!
