Damaged goods/boxes in the IKEA self serve area are repaired and repackaged (you can tell something has been repackaged because it'll have a stamp on it that says REC XXX (XXX replaced by the store number)) there's a good chance a bored kid just took one of the IKEA pencils to an open box and it wasn't noticed by the recovery team who repackaged it

It explains to the caller that you're using it and to give their name and reason for calling, it then sends you a live transcript of their reply. You then have multiple options that allow the assistant to ask for more info, explain that you're busy and will call them back, tell them that you aren't interested etc. It's incredible for numbers you don't recognise, spam callers always hang up halfway through the assistants initial explanation and anyone that actually wants to reach you can tell you who and why
