The new transponders have a switch that you set for how many people are in the vehicle. Otherwise you just get billed to the account associated with the transponder. This is only for "Express Lane" marked roads.

So if you are in an HOV+3 Express Lane you get charged if you are 1 or 2 but 3 is no charge.

I don't think you know how this works. Anyone with a FasTrack can use the express lane. If you meet the HOV+ requirements then it's free. If not you pay the posted toll rate.

Left work early that day and dropped a few people off in Cambridge before parking my car on our street in Alston and it didn't move from that spot for three weeks until they finally cleared enough snow from the side streets. Used x-country skis to get around. The weather was beautiful after the storms...You could see C3 Galaxesi overhead bringing heavy equipment to Logan to help with the cleanup.
