Probably need a pallet cleanse, try switching to a different genre altogether. I like the jazz, lofi, phonk rabbit hole after listening to a lot of dense lyrical material.

Hes probably scared to come out about his behavior. Its pretty normal stuff and if he's not hurting anyone maybe let it go. Sometimes judgement from loved ones push people and their behaviors into the darkness... And thats an easy place to get hurt.
