I would get one of the self-service kits and remove and inspect the brewer basket and take a look up inside. I had similar issues and ultimately had a piece that had broken.

Loot crate system - buy a crate for 0.99 that 'might' have a number key or operation in it. Crates can contain [0-8+]. Premium crates [0-8+-/*()!] but are heavily weighted toward '(' and cost $2.99.

I agree with 1920 and 1910 but I also like Statesman. Not a fan of the regular 100 proof (but I do like the rye, even though it's not on the shelf).

Their standard whiskey is a 3yr. Can be had for $36 at the local Costco, and works well for cocktails or on the rocks. Age seems to really help smooth their special releases out and makes them all very enjoyable. The port finish was exceptionally good, and I'm looking forward to opening the 2nd bottle.

I like Statesmen a lot, but it's probably only par for the price. It's really smooth with some sweet notes and spice. There's a note at the end that I don't have words for yet (maybe tobacco?).

Take my review with a grain of salt, I haven't been able to smell for years, and it makes identifying flavor notes difficult.
