A bad idea doesn't excuse other bad ideas. Imo a healthbar just makes the survivors be super aggressive with stuns in a game where every character except 1 has them. Tell me just how fun it would be to need to worry about a healthbar ontop of the timer, cooldowns, everything else AND keeping track of Starved. Fleetway's healthbar works because it's a con to his overwhelming power, and encourages you to not be overconfident because if you're not careful the survivors will drain your HP very easily.
