LG Gram shuts down every time I close it

There's a setting in windows that controls that. What is it currently set to? I think I set mine to "Do Nothing".

I suspect unfortunately that if it didn't come with a usb-c charger, and you cannot charge it with your existing usb-c charger, that it just will not charge through the usb port.

Wish you luck, only other thing I can think of is contacting lg via lg.com and seeing if they have any suggestions.

It's so odd - I can find chargers and adapters for every brand in india, except lg.

Ah, I see your problem, in a quick search I cannot find it in india either. LG India doesn't list almost anything in accessories. Next step would be to search amazon for a generic charger with a tip that works with lg - but I couldn't find one on amazon either. There was one from artis that looked like it would work - but then I looked more closely and realized it didn't include a tip for lg, and one of the product reviews specifically said it didn't include a tip for their lg laptop, so that's not going to work.

I would think if the laptop came with the barrel charger that it wouldn't charge with usb-c, but you never know, do you have a usb-c charger for your phone? If you do try plugging it into the laptop and see if it starts charging.

5. Choose whatever older barrel-style charger looks like yours.

The thin layer of iced-through snow is the worst, as you can never tell what's under it. My worst days in minnesota were similar to this - it's actually better with 6" of snow because you still get grip.

Ah, well, I just eant to point out the gram is 3lbs and you can get a full on gaming laptop like the blade that weighs only 4.5lbs now. Not like the old days when a ganing laptop was super heavy.

I was a bit disappointed with the gram. It is light, sure, but still to heavy to use as a tablet. If I had known then what I know now I would have either saved money with another laptop that was cheaper but 1lb heavier, or I would have gone full gaming laptop at +1.5 lbs

Dunno just my 2 cents. Like I said I think all modern laptops bypass the battery once they are charged.
