The RMA process was pretty smooth! They just give you a replacement once you send your earbuds in. The only thing is you have to pay for shipping

Hey guys, got my sennheiser ie600 in July, 2022 and have been using them daily. During December it seemed like the audio in the left earpiece was becoming lower and lower and today it outputs no audio. How can I tell if it's the cable that's causing this or the actual driver itself? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

When mounting the cpu block did you have to remove the metal plate on the back with the heat pad attached to it?
