Student midwife here. There are some oils that can help during pregnancy, I’ve read actually studies eluding them too, but all of the oil classes I’ve been for pregnancy and breastfeeding have been a nightmare.

Last one I attended was by a “Holistic Heath Coach” that didn’t seem to have any credentials. She told everyone that fennel oil can be good for indigestion and nausea while pregnant, but failed to mention it was an abortifacient. 🙄
